Based on our estimation, the costs for a Catalist listing typically range between S$1.5 million and S$2.5 million, covering issue managers, legal fees, and auditing. However, the MAS-backed GEMS scheme (extended to 2028) co-funds up to 20% of listing expenses, capped at S$300,000.5
